After riding this setup for almost two months (Last picture), I realized the bullhorn bars were a bit more than I actually needed. I hadn’t used the top part of the horns a single time, and the brake lever position ended up being awkward enough that I had to stretch my fingers to reach comfortably. Since today is FEF, it felt like a good time to finally post the fix.
I cut off the top section of the horns, filed the inside of the bars so the levers would fit again, and reinstalled everything. The result feels much better, the brake position is more natural, and I honestly like the look of the bike even more now. No regrets!

Methinks you may have overdone it!
I had the same issue with mine, but I sawed off only about 2-3cm, keeping a bit of the rise.
I’d be afraid I’d slip right off these when beaking hard!
I like it. My favorite thing about bullhorns is the shoulders. Basically where my hands lived when I had them.
Bull horns look like growers not showers
