I have been experiencing an issue where when I land from like a jump or even just hit a rock roll, I hear a loud crack, almost like the fork is shifting in the headtube. Then, when I do like a stoppie or something after, I hear another loud crack, almost like carbon cracking, and it feels like the fork is shifting again. I have an aluminum frame and the fork is on tight and the headset looks fine on the inside

Look up CSU creak. Most likely your issue.
I would also just double check all of the suspension linkage. Just to remove any doubt that its the headset. That way you know for sure. I have seen a loose pivot cause head sounds.
