36 miles mixing Zone 2 steady endurance with some solid Zone 3 (and those hill blasts) was a great combo today building that aerobic base while keeping things fun and spicy.

The Loop Around Niceville is always a local favorite for good reason. Perfect weather with that light bay breeze off the water makes it even better—nothing beats cooling down on the descents when you’re putting in work.

That downhill on 85 turning onto 20 at ~30 mph sounds is a proper thrill (the kind that makes you grin under the helmet). And yeah, the sweeping corner into the Hospitals ER entrance has that same “flowy” feel—hoping you’re hitting it clean every time and not testing their services! 😂

The legs were on fire after blasting the hills. Safe riding everyone!🚴‍♂️💨#westfloridawheelmen #theroadto100 #garmin #FloridaCycling #trainingday #ridewithgps #argon18
