Those wheels are definitely an upgrade. The stock wheels are rather heavy.

I think that’s a 2021 or earlier frame set, and the max tire clearance on those is 45 mm.
The newer ones, starting in 22 can go up to 53 mm, but a 45 MM tire is plenty big for most needs
