For anyone considering wider tires on a Dual Sport, I can report they fit perfectly. I have a gen 5 from 2025 and got Continental Cross Kings 27.5×2.2 and there is plenty of room left.
These specific tires ride really nice as well. Great improvement over the stock tires.
