foot retention and steerer. check the chain tension too, that looks pretty tight
That steering tube is a bad day waiting to happen. Might wanna trim that down a bit.
Pedals with some straps or cages.
U-lock

Get foot retention
Cut the steerer
Foot retention, figure out what height you want your stem at then chop the excess steerer, better lock. After that, just ride it for a while and figure out what doesn’t work for you.
