In the 8 to 9 years of doing this, never have we come across a region with so many free parking areas for campers and motorhomes. Aires, 72 hr car parks and wild camping areas, this place is ridiculous……in a good way. Two beautiful towns are explored, Rohan and Jossilin.

10 years ago there were loads of free Aires all around the coast of Brittany, unfortunately most have been taken over by the company Camping Carparks who have put barriers up and now charge. They have put in electric points and tidied up the Aires waste emptying stations etc. But in my humble opinion it is due in a good part to an opportunity to make money and there are so many Brits who feel the need to being attached to that umbilical cord and to be « safe behind a barrier «

Evening folks,managed an early viewing this time. Please explain something to me, did you film these beautiful villages at 5.00AM and if not where are all the people. I know France is a massive country and a population similar to ours but wherever you go there’s no one around. Saying that the villages are spotless clean, no litter to be seen and well maintained. I’m disappointed when there’s no castle ,sorry chateau, but you didn’t let me down. Enjoyed your guided tour and your banter, would have enjoyed the cake if I’d been there. Yes, France is definitely miles ahead of the UK for motorhome park ups and Aires. The UK attitude is go away, we don't like you and we're jealous of your ideal lifestyle. Unfortunately (but very fortunately) we live in Scotland so France is a bit of a journey just to get to as you know in reverse. Enjoy your adventures. P.S. I've been away so been catching up on your recent episodes.
