Question: on the second image, the rear wheel touches the frame when fully folded, is this okay? I tried turning the lock block, but seems it didn’t help.

Congrats and welcome to the fold!
The wheel touching the frame when locked is normal. When you pick it up it will pull away from the frame a bit. If you want you can get frame protection tape and put some there.
It’s normal for the tire to touch the frame, that locks it in place when folded. Congrats on the new bike! Also very nice to see they have upgraded the roller wheels to ez wheels on the new models, the old wheels were absolute garbage. Unless you have already made a small mod 🙂

Welcome to the club OP absolutely normal Id advise you get a cheap protection plate there to stop the tyre chipping away your powdercoat, it’s nothing to worry about though. Also remove your extended warranty sticker and get some proper rides on your new bike.
