New bike and I'm experiencing joint discomfort in my wrist post-ride. While riding I feel a bit of tension as if my wrist isn't relaxed. I'm a total newbie it's its most definitely likely I didn't set up my riding position correctly so I'm trying to learn and rectify that.
Can you guys give me your thoughts for my hand positioning. 1st pic is stationary and 2nd Pic while I'm riding
PS: I do wear gloves, just took them off temporarily to better view my riding position.

A slight bend of the wrist is good to stop pressure on the carpal area, but that’s a lot. Try tilting your brake levers down a bit more so your hands get used to being slightly more neutral.
Mess around with your brake lever angle, see what feels good
Based on personal experience I think you should just roll your wrists forward.
Levers down
Also that cable management is the first thing I would do.
[the Ergon GA3 grips](https://www.ergonbike.com/en/product-details.html?anr=42410088&s=ga&a=griffe) have been life changing for me.
