    Practice off-weighting the front wheel, then look up and learn how to off-weight the back wheel – do these separately. Master both. *Then* start trying to link them together!

  2. Like the other said youtube. Yanking back on the handle bars isnt gonna help learn to lift legs. Its a whole body movement not just pulling on the handle bars

    Before you learn anything, you need to learn to wear a helmet.

    You put gloves on! Why not protect your head? It’s far more important.

    You are right that a manual is step one for a bunnyhop but you arent balancing the bike on the rear wheel, you are jerking the front tire up with your arms. You need to stand in attack position like you were… bend your knees straight down on the pedals, and then your butt goes backwards, your arms become straight… your hips should push all your weight backwards.

    Its hard. You will fall back eventually. Do it on grass and wear a helmet. Dont give up.
