Without any branding I would assume they aren’t anything special.
Hope you have the end caps, other wise it might be a hard sell.
Unless you can prove these are hubs from a highly desirable brand, selling them is not worthwhile. Not many people buy used hubs, especially unbranded ones.
What bike did it come with?
