I have tried doing some research. but I can't get anywhere near to finding it out.
also to note the tires are solid and don't have air in them.

Looks similar to what I rode up and down the driveway as a kid decades ago.
Looking at the style, I’d say 1950s where the tires look like solid rubber. What does it say on the tube above the front fork?
