Removing dye? from bicycle paint?

I got a top tube bag (Solution-dyed PU coated, TPU

laminated 600D polyester) some time back and left it on for a long time. The one I got is black not brown but it’s the same model as the one shown in the images.

When I removed the top tube bag recently, I found brown stains left on my bicycle paint.

The stains are left on both the protective clear tape I wrapped around the frame and also directly on the bicycle paint itself.

So far I’ve tried soap, water and alcohol but to no avail. I was told to try nail polish remover but I’m afraid it might affect the base paint.

Does anyone have any ideas on what might help? I am looking to remove the stain as I’d like to sell my bicycle.
