This has been a couple-year project that went through a few different versions before I finally landed on this build.
At different points I tried corner bars and a few upright handlebar setups, but I never really felt fully satisfied with how it handled or fit.
This current version finally feels dialed.

What bars did you end up with? I always think I want upright, but maybe I should try aggressive?
