In this episode we meet up with friends and ride to Southend to see the festival of motorcycling event. It’s an annual event and is as you will see well attended. Probably one of the biggest gatherings of motorcycles in the UK. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the biggest motorcycle get together of the year.

I don't think I've seen a bigger meet up. I will never understand why one or two riders have to rev their bikes and hold them up on the rev limiter. It just doesn't seem a healthy thing to do to an engine.

Looks like southern potholes are as big and widespread as central England ones!

Been a while since I was in Southend, or on a bike.
I had to smiie when you showed the BMW with all the luggage, I will shortly be taking coffee with friends, market day in la Roche Posay, one chap rides a BMW with enough luggage for the Paris Dakar, he wears the full armour for long distance touring, as you do when you ride 2km for coffee. The rest of us arrive in such exotica as Renault Kangoos.
I live just out of Southend I watched the bikes leaving along the A13 so many. Thanks for posting hope everyone got home safe. It looked a great day.

I enjoyed watching this vid, thanks for posting. To me Southend has always been special to me. Even better now thanks to meetings like this. My first ride there was 1970. I’m 72 soon and still cruising there. Safe riding guys 👍…
