Just picked this bike up. Planning on using it as a commuter. Any suggestions on maintenance I should do? upgrades? or just ride it? My commute would be from 8-12 miles a day.

Looks good.
I’ve got a Deore thumb shift setup from an early 90s Trek 970, along with a matching headset that has as massive bearings. Just need to find a 21 inch frame of similar vintage for them.
