Springtime along Colorado’s recently extended Clear Creek Trail

Newest segment of the ambitious Clear Creek “Peaks to Plains” Trail connecting Denver to the mountains opened a few weeks back and the traffic on a Sunday afternoon speaks to how well done the project has been thus far.

When complete, the trail will provide 65 miles of dedicated path from the South Platte River Trail just north of Downtown Denver all the way through Idaho Springs to the headwaters of Clear Creek at Loveland Pass.
