Hav you tried French manufactured "Origine" bikes. They are built in the north of France, near Valenciennes. Schedule a visit, or check their website. As with Canyon, they are direct sales from the manufacturer.
Jamis bikes, Kona, Corratec, Author, Fuji, Norco are much more affordable than Scott and Orbea and Giant that are always associated with top tier manufacturers with premium price especially Scott bikes costing 20-30% more than equivalent from many other brands.

You missed some big brands like: Cervelo, Merida, Ridley, Rose, Look, BMC, BH, Focus, Felt, Polygon, Time
Dolan. Cheap, impressive value. And I picked the spec of all my components, not just size of components. Saved me a lot of money overall.
I also bought a Ribble which was on sale making it good value. Not able to pick crank length which was a shame.
Missing Sensa on this list, BUT I just looked over their website and their entry-level aluminium road bike is €1499. Want 105? That begins at €1749 on the Romagna RS Pro. Carbon frame? Starts at €1999. Top model? The Giulia Supremo RAW Edition at €6499. That's probably what the sponsored bike team "Sensa – Kanjers voor Kanjers" races as well. You'll see them at races in Sensa and the team's home country of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and also in Poland.
Canyon sold me a bike with hookless rims, then denied it. Took a series of emails and photos to convince them otherwise. They still did nothing to help me fix it.

I actually got a trek madone sl6 gen 8 with 105 Di2 for 2110€ this January. It is almost full carbon (everything except for the handlebars) and I got it directly from their local dealer so I think that the money/value, at least for my purchase was pretty good

Edit: I would put Giant in the same category as Canyon, since they have a pretty good network here in my area in Canada, the parts are pretty standard, which means that I can go to any bike shop in my city (not just the Giant authorised dealers), and the biggest seller for me, which is why I got the Contend AR 4 in 2021 and recently the '25 TCR Advanced Pro 1 AXS, is the fact that they come with a lifetime warranty on their frames, so I got that peace of mind regardless of what could happen.
After watching an engineer take some of these apart I'd never consider a canyon or factor. Surprisingly bad engineering for a modern bike.

I thought you were also going to take into account after sales service, but you didn't mention it. If you did, Specialized would be higher and brands like LaPierre and Cube would be in the bin
While I know many senior people at Specialized I can’t come close to putting that money in. I accept I am an average cyclist. And when I got around to Carbon, I went with an Orbea. Got a frame on a super discount and built it up with my own individually picked components all bought on super discounts.
I am on minute one as I have noticed a certain trend on this channel regarding talking down a speific brand. So I am looking forward not to be surpriced 😀
I absolutely love my Wilier triestina cento 10 sl. Might be a few years old.
But with Di2 and my carbon wheels, I just love it..
Plus it is go faster red. So I automatically go everywhere breaking speed limits (regardless of what my bike computer says)
I like Orbea for customization options. I wish they would upgrade their endurance Avant I wanted a Terra for a gravel bike build, but recent tariffs put that idea to rest and settled on a Cervelo Aspero
Things like warranty support, crash replacement programs, customer service, and spare parts availability are part of the long-term value of a brand. It would be great to have industry insiders (CADE Media!) include that kind of info that is harder for the general public to get a sense of. If a brand has a low initial purchase price, but does badly in all of the things above, it's not actually that great of a a long-term value, and a brand like Trek with higher initial prices actually does decently because of their excellent warranty, crash replacement program, parts availability, etc.
i bought the Orbea Orca Aero last august. they are a pain in the ass to fitt. they'r seat posts have settback, so do the seat clamp, so you are so far behind the cranks…. it's bad! and they do not have any seat posts that have 0 settback… or seat clamps.. my bike fitter calld this a damn stupid design! that is almost impossible to get to fit perfectly! i would stay away from them, i also ordered shorter crank arms 165mm, they delivered 170mm, the stem can't be lowerd (slamed) without buying spacers seperatly. i give this bike brand a Meh and a 1 star rating. stay away from orbea if you are looking to buy a good bike
Bergamont are a smaller brand from Hamburg, Germany. I think Scott owns the brand. I picked up a 2025 2024 Grandurance 6 and really like it. There aren't many reviews online, but may be worth checking-out. My sense is that Scott is playing more at the med-higher end, and Bergamont is their dedicated lower-mid range brand. I picked mine up on sale from Balfe's Bikes in the UK.

Why does Bianchi always get a "meh" treatment? If you did some research, you'd know that you can easily get the sprint for around 2k Euros.
