Grossglockner High Alpine Road(Großglockner Hochalpenstraße) is the highest surfaced mountain pass road in Austria. It connects Bruck in the state of Salzburg with Heiligenblut in Carinthia via Fuscher Törl at 2,428 m and Hochtor Pass at 2,504 m. The road is named after the Grossglockner, Austria’s highest mountain.

I still have the Grossglockner sticker on my car I received in exchange of the 35 euro enter ticket. It was surreal, like being on the Moon or so…

Guy at 28:00 regretting his choice of 'transportation'. Life is SO much more enjoyable when you no longer feel compelled to 'prove yourself' to anyone and, without apology, will use engine-powered vehicles when climbing steep, rough, high-altitude roads. As a side benefit, you will see a LOT more scenery and feel a lot better the next morning as well.
