Normal noise for sintered brake pads?

Just wondering if it’s normal for sintered brake pads to squeal this much or should I get new ones? The pads are practically brand new and have squealed that since day 1. I’ve cleaned the rotors and pads with sandpaper and isopropyl alcohol and that didn’t help. Is that just a normal noise for all sintered pads, or would new pads be quieter?

Also, if I switch to organic pads would those be quieter, and do I need to replace the rotors? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
