Why stop there? Put a rack that juts out in front and back of both wheels at this point.

I used to run a similar set up in the front. I’d have a basket with a bag on the upper rack and some smaller panniers on the lowriders, it works out great!

What are you even securing to the front pltform rack? Between the thin diving board and hinged struts, that surely can’t hold much weight.
