Hei all! Trying to get back into cycling and bikepacking after 20+ years. I am fitting a bike for some bikepacking. I had to change tyres and I see that the rack tyre clearance with the front rack is probably not good. Any suggestions to solve this? The rack is mounted already at the largest settings possible. Did I mount the tyre not properly? Last time I changed a bike tyre was 20 years ago. Thanks in advance

First get the tire seated properly. Then buy two pan head bolts, insert from the underside of the rack and have the nuts on the upper side of the rack.
I’d get the wheel properly trued and grind down the end of the bolt flush to the nut.
