Yet another help me decide question..

after much research, I was set on going with the Grail CF SL7 Aero. I wanted a gravel bike with CF along with Electronic Shifting and there currently aren't many options on the U.S. site for size S right now. The Grail CF SL 7 Aero was the "Cheapest Option"

I was about to pull the trigger, however, I noticed the Grizl CF SLX 8 Di2 pop up yesterday in the outlet with a pretty significant discount (Honestly not sure why it's so low, there are 2 other SLX 8's listed in the $5K range). It is marked as Final Sale with blemishes etc, but I don't mind the scratches/blemishes. but the final sale does concern me a bit in the chance that I won't like the bike.

I won't be riding on too much technical terrain around me (Upstate NY), mostly crushed / smooth gravel / dirt and some road as well to get to and from the gravel paths. I don't plan on doing any bike packing, and will mostly plan on day rides of no more than 50 miles (with an occasional 100KM / Miler thrown in every once in a long while).

How does the GRX 815 Di2 (Grizl) compare to the SRAM Rival XPLR AXS RD 13s (Grail). I know about the max tire width differences (won't affect me too much) and slightly different geometry (again, won't bother me too much either way).

Is it worth it to save the $600 and possibly use it towards other gear? (ie. possibly a second set of wheels for the Grizl if I want to do more strictly longer rides on paved roads?)
