My grandpa had a stroke and can no longer ride his bike. My parents are trying to sell it, but are uncertain on price. Seems to be in good condition, but could use a tune up, what would something like this go for?

It depends on your market but probably $800-1000
Great condition Emonda ALRs are selling for $1k+ in my area.
Emonda SL even a 2021 model should sell for $1500 or even more depending on the area.
