Any Points of interest between Santiago and Los Angeles, Chile

I'm in the planning stages of my next tour. Should be taking off for South America mid November 2026. There I hope to peddle from Santiago to Ushuaia. Most of this route is plotted except the first section between Santiago and Los Angeles. I can't seem to find much for points of interest between these two cites. Has anyone peddled through anything interesting in this area? Otherwise I will probably do a coastal route from Valaraiso to Concepcion to see the ocean a for a week or two. Then head up into Patagonia.
