Too good to be true?

Hi, doesn’t look like a CF9 as it doesn’t have the factory fox suspension but not 100% sure about that. On another note it is a 6-7 year old bike so value is minimal and mainly based on state of all parts wear and tear. Drive train looks dirty and worn out and therefor probably needs replacement. Based on this would ask for some more info first maintenance, replaced parts etc but looking at dork disc still being there I would expect to get some more maintenance cost. If you want to start riding would probably choose a different bike in that price range.
