The silver one. The black one doesn't fit inside. Or maybe someone for outside. Holds Shimano Altus for 3*8. The poster doesn't help ( me)..the hanger has letter "A" ( you CRE see it I the photo being upside down ). Thank you guys , it's the first time I do bicycle without any man, brother or father, as I am abroad 🙁

Black der hanger does not match. For hangers, they are specific to the bicycle not the derailleur. Wheels Manufacturing has a function on their website where you can find your der hanger by looking up your bike

Well you can use google picture search and search it. This hanger… well doesn’t match the most commonly available hangers I’m used to. So no info on that anyway best of luck 🤞

Look for Marwi GH-45, Union GH-45 or Kalkhoff 53. They should all be the same and fit in your frame.
