There is no such thing as hookless specific tires. Those are just max pressure recommendations for different wheel types.

Few things. Your wheels are hooked, the tyres on right now (GP5000) are both faster and lighter, with better puncture protection.
You essentially bought worse tyres.
Keep the GP5000, maybe upgrade to 30mm if you haven’t already, and pop a pair of Revoloop TPU in there.
