Didn’t make it in time for the cheap bike build off 2026, but followed the rules. Took the full $175 but between the original complete MC3500, parts bins, and my local co-op I cobbled together this build. Not fast with that little chainring, but smooth and gets over hills with ease. Just wanted to share 😊
