Hello all!!

I have consulted the internet many times and I am quite confused. I have done (I think??) all the main suggestions that I’ve seen

The issue is what you can see in the video. the cable housing moves ever so slightly and of course, the derailleur does not actually shift up or down. I have tightened and loosened both the higher and lower limit screws, I’ve tried to tighten the cable as much as possible. I’ve moved the derailleur around, etc.

I ride a trek domane sl5 gen 3 if that helps

Make sure you’ve got the tension adjustment screw on the front of the der dialed all the way out when resetting your cable clamp.
And being a 105, double check the shifters to ensure the cable hasn’t sheered off inside of there. Its rare but It happens

  2. It looks like the cable does not have enough tension. Can you move the derailleur by hand?
