I need someone of your guyses opinion on what i should with this mtb i have its a 2025 haro saguaro 2 with a new fox 34 performance and it has the nx eagle group set ive been trying to sell it for past 6 months almost and not a single person has come in person to check it out yet one problem with it only is that the previous owner switched the brakes to a really cheap sram brake (sram guide re) and maybe thats pointing people away its still a really good bike other than that. Its listed for 1k. Do you guys think i should part the bike out or should i install some good shimano brakes on it and try to sell it again as a whole bike?

You can afford to sell it for less, looking at the background.
When things aren’t selling its either a lack of market or too expensive. There is never a lack of market for bikes so its too expensive. I personally wouldn’t spend 1k on a used aluminum hardtail with questionable work done to it when I can buy an equivalent bike for the same cost brand new with a warranty and peace of mind.
That’s more like $600-700 imo.
