
I know what it's supposed to look like. I know I need to pull my legs up more. And I know I need to pull the bars to my waist. It's mental. Do I need to be leaning back more? I'm having a hard time pulling the bars up to my waist. Is it just a mental block or is there something else I can do? Any guidance would be appreciated.
