Going to Kyrgyzstan this summer. Have a hard time seeing how to resupply on the section marked with red. The route is a part of silkroad mountainrace so i think it should be possible.

The section starts from a small town called Kosh-Dobo and ends in Naryn (Naryn seems like a bigger city)

The sections is around 450 km / 280 miles

Anyone knows something?

  1. Have a look at this.

Looks like it matches part of that section. But unfortunately, they say this: “Riding out of Naryn, your options for resupply will diminish quickly and become only basic essentials. Make sure to have at least a few days of food packed; non-perishables and lots of snacks will do the job. After Tash-Rabat, your next resupply chance is Kel-Suu valley”.

Sounds like that there’s simply no re-supply.

  2. I did this leg and visited both towns. Take some high calorie foods like halva, dates, oats. Also you can approach locals/yurts/military personnel and most of the time they will be glad to share food with you. You can offer money as a nice gesture but some might find it offensive. I’d advise on carrying some small gifts from your country like keychain trinkets, that will go a long way to open people up and connect with the locals.
