Need helps dessassembly crank foundation (do i need a specific extraction tool?)

I try to extract thé axe by some hit but it doesn't move at all.

I put some wd40 and will try later but im thinking i need an extra tool .

Does someone knows about its crank?

Its mount on a superstar cooper 21" of 2009 its look like a good frame
