I mostly have used white helmets. I prefer mine to have black lettering to break up the look a little

Depends on the model, they are cool but I prefer white + black (partly for aesthetics but also because the white inside and white/grey straps will get dirty and be hard to clean…)
I don’t mind any color, but I DO mind the POC helmets, they should be banned, a bit of vomit comes up every time I see one.
Last one reminds me of the like Fisher Price toddler helmets from the 90’s
White helmet, socks and shoes is the traditional look and is classy for everyone. Do not do white bartape or a white saddle White decals on wheels are only cool if you are actually fast and then only three of them per wheel. White kit is cool if you are fit and skinny.
It took me one long 500+ mile ride through CA to immediately ditch my black helmet for a white one. LOL ☀️🥵

There are only two factors I consider when buying a helmet and everyone should consider the same factors. 1-safety. If it isn’t listed as a top safety helmet in the Virginia Tech rankings and doesn’t have MIPS technology, I am not even considering it. 2-visibility. IMO you should never buy a black helmet. One it’s hotter and two it’s less visible. 3-you should buy a new helmet every 2 years or so as heat and sweat can break them down. I don’t care how cool it looks if it doesn’t protect me from head injuries and car accidents I am not even considering it. In full disclosure I am a competitive cyclist and ride between 100-150 miles/wk. Don’t go cheap with your helmet. Don’t do it. Here are the ratings:

Got a Matte black kask protone and wish it was white. More outfit mixups and I’d put stickers on it 😂
Def not they look plasticy and cheap imo. A little bit of black/color give it a nice contrast to me

I think white helmets look cool but this sub has a really weird obsession with all things needing to be white lol
