You’re fine. This is what I would call safely maxed out.

Yeah, for a road bike that seems fine, but max.
Definitely a problem waiting to happen. The centrifugal force at speeds in excess of 200 km/h might cause that to rub the down tube ever so slightly.
Just watch out for any mud.

wouldn’t ride in any clay mud but with those tires you probably aren’t planning on it. otherwise good to go.
I have this on mine and rode it hard last summer without issue. It got up to like 60km/h.
Edit: forgot to mention I did catch a stick once. Luckily it was dirt and I was traveling in a straight line, so I just slid hard. It felt very much like a freak coincidence.
