Fixing up this old vintage racer, it's been debadged so I have no idea what the frame is, any ideas? It has some quite unique markings and cut outs on the underside of the bottom bracket (see image 5)
You can see from the photos it also has some serious surface rust. How would you recommend tackling this? I've been going at it with some super fine sandpaper but it's doesn't seem to be budging much. I've tried coarser sandpaper which works but then damages the paint. Any help is much appreciated.
