Just picked this up.. I have no idea where to start. I want to change the bar but keep the shifters bc i think they're cool. But they don't work. I plan on taking everything apart and polishing the rust away. Any suggestions on why the shifters aren't working or any helpful resources you guys would recommend? Im pretty handy but definitely not a bike technician
