Tires, handlebars, and pedals have been changed from originals. Hydraulic brakes and gears should be original according to seller. Looks like it's in decent shape. I THINK this is the 2022 version.

Plan to use for casual riding on the weekends, mostly to get some exercise and be outside. This would be my first 'real' bike and I feel like I've done a ton of research… Don't really have any close buddies to rely on who are a part of the community so hoping anyone here with some knowledge could help tell me this is a foolish purchase.

It’s a 2019 I believe. Price is USD? Probably a little pricey given no fenders either, but markets vary. If its been well cared for that helps but if original the drivetrain may soon need replacing. They are nice bikes and a good option for what you describe.
