Got this lil swiss commuter. Wanted to chuck some thicker bikepacking type tires on it. Got no idea if it is possible? How can I solve this? The one i have right now are a thin 700c i assume. Clearance is probably my biggest issue i assume.

You could start by checking what size the current tyres and estimating the clearance you have around the key areas, probably the brakes, the seat stays and the fork (not much by my very vague guesstimation from your photos).
So you’ll have to take the fenders off and you might be able to squeeze slightly bigger tires on it. If you wanna ride some gravel you can with what you got, clearance can be finicky putting on wider tires. It’s not good to just visually clear the fork and chain stays, tires flex and roll while you move so it might look good and be very not good

They don’t look that thin and I doubt they are 700.
