    Buy a performance version as long as it’s compatible with the grip x2 cartridge and drop that in it. Black or gold get whatever, doesn’t really matter.

    It’s a good price if you’re after a 27.5, but I have a hard time finding this to be too crazy a value when you could get this on sale for around $300 on multiple occasions over the recent years. Hell I paid less than this for the 29er version of this fork.
