Which bike would be the best for casual bike rides around the neighborhood and parks? I’m trying to get back into biking and these options fit my budget. If anyone could help that would be great!

Do you value looks or performance and experience?
If its the latter, I would avoid these. They are heavy and not a joy to ride
There’s nothing wrong with dutch style bikes or cruisers, but they do have their limitations. Gearing on all of these looks pretty hard, fine for casual flat rides but not great for hills. Of these I’ve probably heard the most positive things about Retrospec, but being a mail order company you have to be willing to finish assembling it and learn to tune it if you run into any issues.
