CAAD4s are awesome, If it were like a top tube cosmetic ding, I’d say go for it. But stays? Kinda a different story.
Personally, unless it’s crazy cheap and you’re okay treating it as a chill beater or project, I’d probably pass. There are still clean old Cannondales floating around without mystery dents.
That said… I totally get the temptation. Those frames have way too much character for their own good 😅

minor? it looks pretty bent out of shape based on the angle of your photos. maybe a direct on from the back, where both stays are visible and we could compare the two to see exactly how bent the stay is. or a shot of the whole back end of the bike. just as a reference because it’s difficult to tell how bad it actually is from the two photos you posted.
having said that, i’d have trepidations…
a bad dent/bend in the stays can affect rear wheel/axle alignment. this dent being on the drive side makes it doubly iffy because that misalignment could affect chain and/or derailleur alignment, which in turn would affect your shifting.
