    This was our very first 🇧🇪 Ronde van Vlaanderen (1.UWT) on April 5, 2026… one of the biggest races in the world.

    A race we dreamed about for 6 years. From riding it ourselves as amateurs… to lining up at the start as a pro team.

    Today, we take you inside that moment.

    Experience the day together with team owners Bas Tietema, Josse Wester and Devin van der Wiel, and see the race like you’ve never seen it before. From nerves at the start… to the chaos on the cobbles… to everything happening behind the scenes.

    This is a dream coming true.

    We are the Unibet Rose Rockets 🚀.

    A professional cycling team, founded in 2021 as Tour de Tietema Cycling Team by Bas Tietema, Josse Wester and Devin van der Wiel. What started as a bold idea on YouTube has grown into a team challenging the pro peloton.

    Follow us as we chase our ultimate dream (racing ánd winning a stage in the Tour de France 🤤) while showing the reality behind it. The highs, the setbacks, and everything in between.

    Expect raw emotions, race action, cycling challenges, behind-the-scenes access, gopro footage, pro rider stories and life inside a team that does things a bit differently. From WorldTour wildcards to gravel rides, from team bus chaos to podium dreams.

      Question – the mattie pies (I'm not going to spell that right) – was that from Oliver's place? They look so good.
      What a race! Great job boys.

      Media team: Congratulations! Devin and the boys are the class of cycling ,and for me- all of pro sports. Their work is far and away the best in the business.

      Lastly- need some Rocket gear in the US. New Nike stuff looks good.

      25th place might not sound like much, but I had a look at the first 24 riders and those are all big names. Being 25th after them is amazing.

      Love the content, love the honesty and how all the team aren't full of themselves, their all just really professional without being arrogant and they behave like being there is a privilege rather than a right. Fantastic. I'm cheering the rockets at every race, brilliant team.

      I would love a bit more after race analysis. Love a fast video recap. Would be nice if you could make that happen like in the evening with some of the riders? Maybe it's not possible anymore for this race but maybe for other big races (and some with good results)

      My son said yesterday: “is that a dutchy what you are cheering for?” – I said: can’t really see it but I don’t care- it is a Rocket! And directly after that I realized that this is the first time I really am cheering for a team past weeks. I don’t care if it is someone from Slovenia, France or Belgium. I am just cheering on the rockets on their journey. Thanks team for being so awesome. Thanks mediateam for bringing those stories to life.
