Hi guys, I was adjusting my seatpost and loosened the bolt a bit to much. Now the internal wedge has come of the bolt and I have no idea how to get it back on. I've seen the old trick with a straw and some rope but I can't get the screw out completely. It also looks like the wedge isn't screwed onto the internal part of the seatpost screw but just 'clicked' on. Help will be much appreciated!

Here’s what I’d try: attach the wedge to the seat post with a small bit of electrical tape. Put it in the frame and align the wedge with the screw. You can measure from a known point at the top of the seat post to try to get in the right ballpark. Click the wedge to the screw, then hopefully removing the seat post would also remove the electrical tape without detaching the wedge. Definitely finicky though
