  1. The fork is facing the wrong way round, the brake on the fork should be facing forwards

  2. The fork is probably bent after a crash. It should be straight but probably isn’t. If it’s bent, it needs to be replaced.

  3. Fork is on backwards? Brakes should be in front of the fork/head tube/handlebars not behind.

    Your fork is on backwards.

    Loosen the two bolts on the stem at the stop of the fork, spin the fork 180 degrees, ensure the front brake cable is straight and not twisted under the frame.

    Re tighten the two pinch bolts on the stem evenly, ideally with a torque wrench to the listed spec.

  5. We need to see a photo of the entire front end here to know what’s going on.

  6. You don’t inflate wheels. You inflate the tires (usually with a tube inside).

  7. Please don’t take offense to this, but if you’re asking this question you need to take the bike to a shop when you’re done assembling for a check-over to make sure it’s safe to ride.
