Most likely culprits: seatpost, saddle rails, pedal threads.

Main bearing in the motor. If it’s under 2 years old, congratulations, you have a new motor

Loose spokes?

Could be pedal related, since the sound is always in the same pedal position, but my bet goes to motor bearing…

My Kenevo was making a similar sound. I opened the motor, found a few loose needles on the main bearing , put them back and packed it with some white lithium grease. Works fine and is quiet again. Mine was out of warranty though, so I’d go that route if you can.
