Hey all, I hope everyone is doing well!
This morning on my bike ride to work my bike was struck by a car. I did not get hurt (though it did scare the hell out of me) and am very fortunate that they weren't going fast as they were turning and didnt see me crossing the cross walk with the walk signal on.
How would I go about fixing this? Do I need a new wheel? Should I be worried about the tires integrity on my way home?
Thank you for your time and I would love some advice!

If there’s nothing obviously bent, then you don’t technically need to buy anything new.
Right about where the handlebar connects to the fork should be a couple of screws, can you take a photo of those?
Unless the wheel is bent – Hold the front wheel with your legs and give it some elbow grease to at least get it realigned to the bars. If it’s still moving a lot you will need to retighten your headset/stem bolts. But it may be bent or it may have popped out of the drop outs some.
it looks like your wheel isn’t straight in the fork. if that’s the case the fork could have gotten bent or the hub/wheel is bent.
This doesn’t look like a big deal at all but I need more pictures and information to actually give specific directions. Is the wheel actually bent?
If it is, then straightening the wheel can be done pretty easily with a zip tie and a tool called a spoke wrench. Look up Park Tools video on “wheel truing” on YouTube.
If the wheel is not bent, just aiming the wrong way then this is super easy. You’ll just need some allen wrenches. Again Park Tool on YouTube will have a super easy to follow video about headset assembly.
