I twisted the front tire after I got into a crash a few weeks ago. I am able to manually pull it back into place but it twisted again while I was riding normally. I don't know anything about repairs, do I tighten something to fix it or should I send it to a shop?

fork backwards. take to shop
That looks like it hurt
If youre unable to figure out how to correct that fork then you need to walk it to a bike shop.
That stem also looks like it’s out too far beyond its safety limits. Don’t ride that.
There is a 6mm Allen bolt coming from the center top of the stem. Loosen that bolt ONLY ENOUGH TO CORRECT THE POSITIONING of the stem/handlebars and then retighten the bolt.
