I was hoping this would be my forever bike, but it just ain't it. Something about the body position feels a little too aggressive and the bike doesn't feel like it likes to be loaded up (I had an old Fuji touring that seriously felt better with gear on it).
I do like: drop bars, big(ger) tires, cargo capacity, maybe tubeless? I don't think I'll like 650b wheel sizes, microshift anything, or another aluminum frame.
Budget could be around $2,000. I'd consider getting a second cheap bike for the city to lock up, and save the nice bike for commuting and weekend camping. What should I keep my eye out for?
